It
has been brought to our attention that an item we sold last year was not
approved in accordance with Ontario Regulation 438/07, and therefore deemed
unsafe for use.
It
has been requested by the Electrical Safety Authority of Ontario that we recall
this item from our customers and destroy them. The item in question was our model
# SH2185 – Rustic Electrical Tin Lantern – Snowman/tree (pictured below). It
was sold last year between July 14th and December 11th.
If you have any stock of this item, please contact our Customer Service
Department at 800-237-4115 ext. 225 immediately and we will arrange to pick
this item up and issue a full credit.
